Working with Ranky Hu was absolutely amazing! We had a few hiccups with our initial design because we originally wanted the coins to be engraved, but we didn’t like how our custom artwork looked in that style. Ranky was incredibly patient and diligent in helping us find a solution, and we ultimately decided on sublimation. Even though we didn’t want color at first, it actually turned out so much better than what we initially imagined. Since this was our first time ordering custom coins, we really didn’t know what to expect, but Ranky guided us through everything until we were completely happy. The final result was amazing! The only downside was that some of the paint arrived chipped. We ordered 80 coins, and I’d say about half,or slightly less had minor paint chips on the nose, mouth, or eyes. Nothing major, but still noticeable. Even with that, we were still very happy overall, especially considering we started with a design that wasn’t even going to be sublimated. LOVED, LOVED it!

Great communication & Good customer service. The pins are an 8 out of 10. A little disappointed that certain areas of the pin couldn't be 'cut out' when it seems like they easily could have (simply due to other smaller areas that were able to). Overall, very pleased. **BUYER - Be mindful of Tariff costs/additional shipping costs that the supplier will not mention to you in advance either, that you will be required to pay when items have already shipped.**
